Geoff Crossley has over three decades of combined experience in management consulting, investing & CEO practice in Europe, Latin-America, Poland.

Geoff’s career started in 1980 as a Partner in McKinsey and Company where he led strategies in the operations and M&A valuations in insurance, retail, auto distribution and consumer goods in Spain and Italy. Thereafter, Geoff undertook a new role as the Global Account Manager for Monitor Company in the same decade.

In the 1990’s, Geoff assumed CEO positions in investment management firms, Entreposto Holdings in Portugal and anttfactory Holdings operating in South America, Europe and some parts of Africa. Towards the year 2000, Geoff focused on the realm of investor relations as Strategy Division CEO and Investment Director at Eurocash SA and the Loopsdale Group, respectively. To this day, he remains the Senior Advisor on M&A and Investor Relations at Eurocash SA.

Geoff saw the growing opportunity for foreign investments in the Italian distressed markets and founded Montecillo in 2013. He now leads the Investment Committee and oversees the management of the company.

Geoff holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Los Andes, Colombia and an M.B.A. at INSEAD in France. He is presently based in Rome and is able to speak five different languages (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian).
